Fee Structures

Membership Renewals - The membership drive for each New Year takes place in June. Members have the opportunity to continue to show their support for the Chamber and the community by renewing their membership during that time. Payments are due by the end of June and renewing companies will not be subject to prorated amounts for late payments.

Functions, Dinners, and Other Events - Individuals, who indicate their attendance to any Chamber function in which a meal is offered, will be billed unless advised of their absences one day prior of the scheduled function. Drinks and other alcoholic beverages are not included in the price of meals.

Membership Fees

1-5 employees are subject  to the following fee:

$150.00 + HST

6 - 10 employees and Government are subject the following fee:

$225.00 + HST

11-30 employees are subject to the following fee:

$300.00 + HST

31-50 employees are subject to the following fee:

$375.00 + HST

51-75 employees are subject to the following fee:

$450.00 + HST

76-100 employees are suject to the following fee:

$525.00 + HST

101-500 employees are subject to the following fee:

$600.00 + HST

501+ employees are subject to the following fee:

$1000.00 + HST

Voting Rights - At any regular, special or general membership meeting, the making of a motion and voting on issues is limited to the voting delegate or appointed alternate. Additional voting rights can be obtained for a fee of $25.00/additional person.

Becoming an Executive Member - A call for nominations is circulated prior to the AGM in September. Interested individuals can submit their names to the Executive Director.
